The problem

Your sales team shouldn’t spend the day dialling.

Outbound works. The manual parts of it are what do not scale.

Leads go cold

A list bought on Monday is worth less every day nobody calls it.

Dialling eats the day

Most of an outbound hour is spent waiting, redialling and leaving voicemail.

Follow-ups get missed

“Call me next week” lives in someone’s notebook until it does not.

The same pitch, again

Your best explanation of the product is given differently by every rep.

Qualification drifts

Two people listening to the same answer record two different outcomes.

The CRM lags reality

Notes get written at the end of the day, if at all.

Aladeen takes the repetitive half — the dialling, the first conversation, the note-taking — and leaves your team the conversations worth having.

How it works

Four steps from a spreadsheet to a sales conversation.

  1. Step 1

    Add your products

Description, price, features, benefits, target customer, the questions people ask and the objections they raise.

  2. Step 2

    Add your company knowledge

Policies, delivery and returns, FAQs, objection handling and your own sales instructions. Knowledge can be attached to one product or shared across all of them.

  3. Step 3

    Import your leads

Upload a CSV or XLSX. Preview the file, map the columns, and see what was imported, skipped or rejected before anything is saved.

  4. Step 4

    Launch a campaign

Pick one product and one lead list, set the calling window and a call limit, and start. Aladeen works through eligible leads one at a time.

The workflow

One path from lead list to CRM record.

Every call produces a result, whether or not anybody picked up.

Features

Everything the workflow needs, in one place.

AI outbound calling

Call eligible leads and hold a sales conversation using your approved product and company knowledge.

Lead management

Import, organise, search and filter your leads, with their whole call history on one record.

Product knowledge

Give the AI detailed knowledge about each product, kept separate from every other product.

Company knowledge

Teach it your policies, FAQs, objection handling and sales rules once.

Campaigns

One product, one lead list, a calling window and a call limit you control.

AI lead qualification

Interested, follow-up or not interested, decided from what was actually said.

Calls & CRM

Status, duration, transcript, summary, intent, objection and next action, per call.

Follow-ups

“Call me tomorrow” becomes a dated task instead of a note nobody reads.

Knowledge

The AI answers from what you gave it.

Replies are checked against your approved knowledge before they reach a customer. A price, a delivery promise or a discount the AI cannot ground in something you wrote is blocked rather than guessed — when it does not know, it says so.

Product knowledge

Use cases

Built for anyone with a list and not enough hours.

E-commerce

Call buyers about a new line, or win back customers who stopped ordering.

Sales teams

Let the AI take the first pass so reps spend their day on qualified conversations.

SMEs

Run outbound without hiring a calling team to do it.

Agencies

Keep each client’s products, knowledge and leads in their own separate workspace.

Real estate

Work through enquiry lists and qualify who is actually ready to view.

Education

Follow up with prospective students and answer the same admissions questions consistently.

Service businesses

Reach quote requests quickly, while the enquiry is still warm.

B2B sales

Qualify inbound lists before anyone spends time on a meeting.

Control

You decide what it knows and who it calls.

Your data stays yours

Every table carrying business data is protected by database-level row security. Another business cannot read your leads, calls or transcripts even if it knows their IDs.

Telephony is platform-controlled

You never enter provider credentials or manage a calling account. The platform owns the connection and assigns your business a number.

Authorisation on the server

Every action is checked on the server and again in the database. Hiding a button is never what keeps anybody out.

The AI stays on script

It answers from the knowledge you approved. Ungrounded prices, promises and guarantees are blocked before a customer hears them.

FAQ

Questions worth asking first.

What is Aladeen?
An AI outbound sales platform. You give it your products, your company knowledge and a list of leads; it runs calling campaigns, records what happened on each call and keeps the results organised as a CRM.
How does AI outbound calling work?
You create a campaign around one product and one lead list. The system works through eligible leads one at a time, places a call through the platform telephony connection, and the AI holds the conversation using only the product and company knowledge you have approved.
Is outbound calling available today?
Not yet. The calling engine, campaign queue, call records and CRM are built, but no telephony provider is connected to the platform. Until one is, campaigns can be created and leads queued — nothing is dialled, and no call result is invented. The product tells you this plainly rather than showing a call that did not happen.
Can I add my own products?
Yes. Each product holds its description, price, features, benefits, target customer, common questions and common objections — the things a salesperson would need to know.
Can I give the AI company information?
Yes. Company knowledge covers your policies, delivery and returns information, FAQs, objection handling and custom sales instructions. Knowledge can also be attached to a single product, so what the AI knows about one product does not leak into a conversation about another.
Will the AI make things up?
It is built not to. Replies are checked against your approved knowledge before they reach a customer, and a figure the AI cannot ground — a price, a delivery promise, a discount — is blocked rather than guessed. When it does not know, it says so.
How do I import leads?
CSV and XLSX upload, with a preview, column mapping, validation and duplicate detection before anything is written. You see exactly how many rows were imported, skipped or rejected.
Can I control which leads are called?
Yes, and this is deliberate. A campaign targets an explicit lead list — never "everyone in your account". A lead becomes callable by being put in a list, and opted-out leads are excluded.
What happens after a call?
The call is recorded as an attempt whether or not it was answered, with its status, duration, transcript and AI summary where the provider supplies them, plus the detected intent, any objection raised, and a follow-up if one is needed.
Does Aladeen require a phone number?
You do not supply one. The platform owns the telephony account and assigns a calling number to your business. You never enter provider credentials, an account ID or a number of your own.
Who controls the telephony connection?
The platform administrator, centrally. Businesses use the number assigned to them and cannot see or change the provider, the account or anyone else’s numbers.
Is my business data isolated from other businesses?
Yes, and it is enforced by the database rather than by the interface. Every tenant table carries row-level security, so leads, products, knowledge, campaigns, calls and transcripts are readable only inside the business that owns them — knowing another business’s record ID does not reveal it.
